Four reviews across every platform, the newest from November 2023, when a customer called them a reliable site, excavation and septic contractor willing to work through each issue as it came up. A 2021 reviewer gave four stars for fast service and polite staff. Angi's only review, from 2020, was a septic system repair the customer described as efficient and quick. Google's average sits at 4.7 across three ratings. Two things don't line up on paper. The company's site claims 63 years in business, while the BBB file records the business as starting in 1984 — 42 years. And the BBB is expressly Not Rated here, saying it lacks sufficient information to grade the business, on a non-accredited file with no complaints or government actions published. For septic work, a catch basin, or site work around Bridgewater, this is a long-established local firm whose customers describe steady, unfussy work. With nothing written about them in nearly three years, do the checking directly: ask for recent Title 5 jobs you can verify, confirm the septic credentials with the local board of health, and get that one-year labor warranty in writing.
