Where customers rate it highest is craftsmanship and crews. A 2025 reviewer on the Cape described a sales manager who came out quickly, coordinated directly with their landscapers so the yard was ready, then a foreman and crew who worked full days through a heatwave to finish on time. A 2024 homeowner who replaced an aging wooden fence said guests ask in disbelief whether the vinyl is really vinyl, and praised the customization options; another 2024 reviewer came back for a second, larger job after an earlier section held up for years, and named the sales rep who checked in after day one and the two installers who left no mess. Trade professionals vouch for it too, though their accounts are older: a landscape design firm wrote in 2016 that it had worked with Perfection for over 20 years across Metro Boston, the South Shore and the Cape, and a builder wrote in 2015 about fencing the new Marshfield High School — chain link, ornamental, trellis and wood guardrail across four baseball fields, a track and a football stadium.
