He kept us informed throughout the process, answered our questions, and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. Marcellus and his crew were equally impressive. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail truly transformed our aging deck into something that looks beautiful again. Our deck had suffered years of wear and tear and was in desperate need of a facelift. The finished product exceeded our expectations. While the project took longer than originally anticipated, the delays were completely outside the control of Paul Davis. Inspection delays and local government permitting requirements created frustrating setbacks, but James stayed on top of everything and kept the project moving whenever possible. We appreciate the dedication, patience, and quality workmanship shown by everyone involved. Ice dam timeline: three months. Affected every room in the house, including the drop ceiling in the hallway. Many appointments had to be made. Water had to be turned off, ceilings had to come down, drying columns had to go up, we had to spend a week in a hotel, and painting had to be done. From start to finish, excellent service from the administrative team: Katie, Cassandra, Jake; excellent customer service and craftsmanship from the field team: Elton, Nestor, and crew; excellent workmanship; excellent communication; excellent conduct; excellent cleanup; down to inspection with Chris Rizzo. Every individual we came in contact with at PAUL DAVIS went above and beyond our family's expectations. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I highly recommend.

Had a big project completed and couldn’t be happier. We had a chimney & fireplace removed, our siding & gutters replaced, and our basement redone. James, our project manager, made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
