Where should I start ?? I’ve know Pat for over 20 plus years , from the very first deal and the Dozen or more that followed.(3 closings on the same day ) His integrity is beyond compare and his attention to the small details never pass him by .He makes the real estate world so seamless for his clients . Top performer when it comes to preparing a seller and their home for sale. Patrick exceeded all expectations from start to finish. Very responsive to my needs. He told me from the beginning what needed to be done and exactly who to target for maximum sale price.
