A January 2014 condo owner had a master closet system designed around every square inch, installed in two days with the building's elevator access worked out and the site left spotless — then used them again for pocket doors and a built-in bookcase. Another 2014 buyer had a piece built to match a high-end vanity line that didn't make it, and said the match came out better than the original. A January 2014 Angi reviewer put it plainly: if something goes wrong, no matter how long ago, they come back and fix it. Two things worth knowing. The written history clusters heavily in 2013 and 2014 on Houzz, with only a few accounts since, so lean on recent work you can go see rather than on the count. And on licensing: the BBB profile states a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #123222, for the business — that is the BBB's listing rather than anything confirmed here, so ask for the current number and check it yourself, particularly if your job runs past cabinetry into structural work. For a custom kitchen, a run of built-ins, a closet system or a piece of furniture that has to fit an awkward space, this is the shop designers use as their default. Get the drawings and the quote in writing, and settle who handles any trades outside the woodwork.
