Waldir has always been a superior contractor with the skills and expertise to complete a full renovation of my upstairs bedrooms after some severe water damage from an attic hvac unit. He has completed many other projects for me as well. He is professional, but also very friendly and truly cares. I continue to use his services whenever needed!

Very easy to work with, set realistic timeline for the. Honey do list I provided him. He was fair with pricing and provided different pricing and repair options for the work I was having done. I have since recommend his services to friends.

It is the 2nd time Waldi helps for my home. He remodeled my kitchen, my utility room, and the entrance to my back yard. The project lasted 4 months. In this period, Waldi gave me many good suggestions, such as the adjustments to the pipes of the washing machine and the vent of and dryer, how to remove mildew, and how to use the space more efficiently. Now, my kitchen looks much modern. Waldi finishes his job very clean . I am lucky to be able to find Waldi as my contractor.
