If you are considering them, treat the ten-year claim and the service list as the company's own description and verify the rest directly: ask for addresses or photographs of recent kitchen and bath remodels in Chelsea or the surrounding towns, for two or three homeowners you can call, and for current Massachusetts registration and insurance certificates in the company's own name before any deposit changes hands.
