Taylor handles the showroom and the scheduling, and reviewers keep crediting her with the choosing part: a July 2022 customer said she helped them pick the stone for their condo, and another that May wrote that she promised an install window of 7:30 to 9am, the crew arrived at 7:30 sharp, thought carefully about where the seams landed, and cleaned up afterward. Fred is the other name — a November 2018 Houzz reviewer described his attention to detail as being of the highest standard, and in May 2022 a customer said fabrication was done fast, the install took under an hour, and the price, material and wait time all beat the big stores. The recent comments hold that shape. In March 2026 a homeowner described the owner coming out to brief the installers before the job; in February 2026 another called the finished quartz tops beautiful; in January 2026 a repeat customer said they had another remodel coming and would use them again. Worth knowing before you call. The showroom is appointment-only, so plan the visit rather than dropping in. BBB records a single employee, and Houzz lists kitchen, bath and home remodeling among the services alongside 30 project galleries — but every account of actual work here is countertops and stone, so hire them for the stone scope rather than to run a whole room. Twelve of the Houzz reviews date from 2018 to 2020, meaning the deepest stretch of the written history sits a few years back. Straightforward call for granite, quartz, quartzite or marble tops across southeastern Massachusetts, Boston and Providence, which is the area they say they serve.
