Lisa Axios sells homes on the South Shore, and in the same week she may be on a stage coaching a room of executives. Her practice runs out of Quincy and covers Quincy, Boston and the South Shore, and by her own account it is entirely her show — she runs it herself as founder of The Axios Group and Lipstick & Pushups Real Estate. The background she gives is a long one. Her site says she has spent more than 30 years leading people through change in real estate, business and life, and that Lipstick & Pushups has been her signature business name since 2015. She also lists a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and Maxwell Leadership certifications as a coach, trainer and speaker; those come from her own site rather than any outside body. The public side is thin. Her Google listing shows a 5-star average built on exactly one rating. One rating tells you a single person walked away happy — it can't tell you how she handled a stalled closing, a difficult buyer, or a listing that sat through a slow spring. Worth noting too: real estate is one lane of a wider practice that also includes executive coaching, corporate training and paid speaking. That can cut either way for a seller, and it's a fair thing to raise early. She's a reasonable call if you want a South Shore agent who works one-to-one and you're comfortable being an early public reference rather than the fiftieth. Before signing anything, ask how many transactions she closed in the past year, how her listing work is balanced against the coaching and speaking calendar, and for two recent clients you can phone directly.
