In August 2025 a crew hustled a third-floor one-bedroom down a tight, narrow staircase; in January 2026 another moved a woman into assisted living on what her family called a hard, emotional day, and made a point of seeking her out to say goodbye before they left. They do more than local runs. Reviewers describe an interstate move to upstate New York, simultaneous moves from one Massachusetts house to South Carolina and Kentucky, a West Coast to East Coast household, a storage unit shipped on to an overseas freight company in Miami, commercial moves, and three months of storage while a new house was being built. Money is where the picture gets more interesting. Most customers report the quote holding: one in September 2025 said the original estimate was met with no additional costs, another in October 2025 got the lowest quote with no hidden charges on the final bill, and a customer who called at 4pm the Tuesday before Thanksgiving 2025 was moved at 8:15 the next morning for less than the estimate. But the one clearly unhappy account is a long-distance one. A customer writing in November 2025 about a June multi-state move described broken glass and damaged wood furniture, a dining table reassembled with crooked legs, a final bill more than $1,000 above the quote that was never clearly explained, and a lost delivery check.
