Lifetime Moving Co says it's been running Massachusetts moves for over five years as a family-owned outfit, headquartered in Sudbury with additional offices in Brighton and Southborough covering Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Worcester counties. The volume backing that up is hard to argue with: 161 Google ratings, nearly all five stars, and an independent aggregator that compared it against hundreds of Massachusetts movers put it at 9.60 out of 10, calling it 'Exceptional.' What stands out reading through this year's reviews is how often the same crew members get named directly — Robbie, Derek, Mike, Ethan, Frankie — across moves ranging from a third-floor walkup in 89-degree heat to a cross-country relocation from California to Maryland where 'nothing broken' arrived after everything got 'packed up great.' One family this spring had their storage unit contents picked up, then their whole four-bedroom home moved and held in storage for two weeks before delivery to Ohio, with the same crew handling the entire chain. Long-distance moves in particular keep coming up as a strength: reviewers describe interstate relocations to South Carolina, upstate New York, and Florida going smoothly, without the job getting handed off to a third-party broker. It isn't a spotless record, though the two issues worth knowing about both predate the last six months. One reviewer said the crew did excellent work but felt the sales process wasn't upfront about extra charges layered on top of the quoted labor cost. Another said a filing cabinet ended up locked after their move. Neither shows up in anything from the past six months, but they're worth asking about directly when you get your quote — specifically, whether the estimate is itemized and what happens if something jams shut in transit. One more thing worth flagging: the company's own site says it's been doing this 'over 5 years,' while its LinkedIn page and a local directory listing both put its start at 2017, which would make it closer to nine. That gap is worth a quick question before booking if tenure matters to you. For a standard local move or a longer interstate relocation, Lifetime looks like a reasonable call, especially given how often the same named crews turn up praised across a wide span of reviews. Before signing anything, get an itemized quote in writing so the labor-cost-versus-extras question one past customer raised doesn't become yours.

We had an outstanding experience with Lifetime Moving Company. Andrew, Caleb, Sydney, Robbie, and Eugene were communicative, helpful, polite, hardworking, organized, and professional from start to finish.

They first picked up the contents of our storage unit and then moved our entire four-bedroom, two-bathroom home. They handled a very large and complicated move efficiently and with great care, while keeping everything organized for two weeks of storage before our eventual delivery to Ohio.

The entire crew had a positive attitude, worked incredibly hard, and made a stressful moving day feel manageable. We are extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a dependable and professional moving company.

Ethan, pat, and max were absolutely wonderful! They moved me in quickly and kept all of my items safe. They made moving into my third floor walkup in 89 degree heat easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Frankie From life time moving helped move my family to South Carolina and it went off with out a hitch. He made our move seem less and was so helpful. I'd recommend them for your move.
