Google gives it a 5-star average, but that sits on eight ratings, and the written history behind it goes back to a single review in 2022. Twelve years in the business with a rating base that small is a thin foundation to judge from: positive as far as it goes, not yet a pattern. The BBB has issued no rating at all, saying it does not have enough information to do so, and the agency is not accredited there. Neither is a strike against the work — accreditation is voluntary, and the missing rating reflects how little the bureau has on file rather than anything it found. A reasonable call if you want a small Braintree office where the same few people handle your sale or purchase start to finish. Before you sign anything, ask how many transactions they have closed in the past year, whether they usually sit on the buyer's or the seller's side, and which of the four would actually be working with you.
