Kilroy Brothers Moving works out of Brockton and, by its own account, covers all of New England — residential and commercial moves, long-distance relocations, storage, packing and unpacking, and clean-outs. What stands out across recent Google reviews is how often the job itself is unusual: a set of floor-to-ceiling china cabinets and antique French china packed and moved without breakage in about three hours, a 900-pound commercial printer walked out of a tight basement, and a move from Easton to Taunton with an overnight hold built in. The owner, Carl, is described doing in-home walkthroughs himself before quoting a job, and several customers mention hiring the crew again for a second or third move. Over the past six months, Google shows thirteen reviews and every one of them positive — crews arriving on time, disassembling and reassembling larger furniture, and handling both local moves and coordinated out-of-state deliveries into storage. That's a clean recent run across a real spread of job types, not just one kind of move. It hasn't always been that clean. Among a longer history of reviews stretching back to 2022, a couple describe a rougher experience — complaints about property damage, mislabeled boxes, and slow follow-up afterward. Both are old enough now that they don't reflect the last six months, but they're worth asking about directly: how the crew labels and handles fragile items, and what recourse exists if something goes wrong. Ratings differ a bit depending on where you look. Google puts them at 4.4 to 4.5 stars; a review aggregator's tally of roughly 62 reviews, weighted more toward Yelp, comes in lower, around 3.4. Worth knowing before assuming one number tells the whole story. For a household move with awkward, fragile, or bulky items — or one that needs a storage hand-off mid-move — Kilroy Brothers has the specific track record for it. Get the in-home walkthrough Carl is described doing, and ask plainly how they handle labeling and any damage before booking.

I highly recommend Kilroy Brothers Moving. I knew that we were in good hands as soon as I met with the owner Carl. Kelli the Office manager was friendly and attentive. On the day of the move a team of 3 (Tim, Wayne and Jason) came exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently to load and unload our boxes and furniture. They made sure that they did not damage any of my items or anything in the house. All in all they made a tough and stressful day as easy as possible.

Kind, efficient and punctual, the movers were excellent and a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job moving some very difficult to move items! Would use again and recommend to anyone who has moving needs.

This is our third time moving with Kilroy Brothers and they never disappoint. From office staff to the movers, everyone was accommodating and professional. And the movers themselves (Tim and crew) were tireless and extremely helpful. They disassembled our bigger pieces of furniture, moved everything with constant energy, and reassembled everything perfectly at our new place. They were proactive and sometimes even got ahead of us. Scheduling was super easy and Kelli (in the office) made sure we had everything for the big day. We won’t hesitate to use them in the future and to recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company

I had a great experience with Kilroy Brothers for my move from Easton to Taunton, including an overnight hold. From the very beginning, they stood out—Carl was the only person from any company I contacted who actually came to my home for a walkthrough. That alone gave me confidence, since it’s really the only way to provide an accurate estimate. On moving day, the crew of four arrived exactly on time. They started with a walkthrough to assess everything, then got right to work. Everyone was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I was genuinely impressed with how they managed to fit everything into the truck—they clearly had a plan and executed it perfectly, like a game of Tetris. The next day, my timing was uncertain due to closing logistics, but their team remained incredibly responsive. As soon as I had an update, I emailed and received a quick reply. That level of communication was consistent from start to finish. Having three of the same movers return for the unload made a big difference—they already knew my belongings and the layout from the previous day, which made everything smoother. They unloaded everything carefully, with nothing damaged, and went the extra mile by asking where I wanted items placed, laying out rugs, and even helping rearrange beds. Overall, they offered the fairest price (guaranteed, which was a huge plus), did an excellent job, and made the experience enjoyable with their positive attitudes. Huge thank you to Tim, Junior, Kevin, Steve, and the fourth mover from day one (sorry your name escapes me right now!). If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate—these guys are great.
