The company describes itself as an independent office of about twenty-five agents representing home buyers and sellers across Greater Boston and the South Shore, with a stated service area running from Milton and Quincy out through Braintree, Canton, Dedham, Hingham, Norwell, Marshfield and Pembroke. It names Paul Rege — a lifelong Milton resident and Curry College business administration graduate — as its founder and leader alongside the late Evelyn Kelley, and dates Rege's time in real estate to 1986. Its Massachusetts real estate broker license, 7395-RE-C, is active. The thin part is exactly the part buyers and sellers usually lean on. Three ratings with no written accounts of a transaction is not much to weigh, and the BBB page adds nothing: not accredited, Not Rated, with BBB saying it lacks enough information to grade the company, and no reviews or complaints on file. BBB also files the business under "appraiser" rather than brokerage, which does not match how the company presents itself. Two things worth raising before you sign a listing agreement. The site says the firm is licensed in Rhode Island but gives no number, so confirm that directly if your move crosses the state line. And the twenty-five-agent figure is the company's own; BBB's file lists 20 employees. This suits a seller who wants a small local office with a long Milton history rather than a national brand. Because there is so little public reputation to read, do the checking yourself: ask for recent nearby sales, references from the past year, and which agent would actually carry your listing.
