Its Google page sits at 3.3 stars across seven ratings, and the one written review on file is a complaint rather than praise — a thin, dated base for a brokerage of this stated size, and not enough to say much about the individual agent you would actually work with. One thing worth knowing before you sign anything: Conway sells more than houses. The brokerage bundles its own mortgage, title, insurance, relocation, move management and property management arms, and it lists membership in the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network. That in-house stack is convenient, and it is also a referral pipeline — ask what you are being steered toward, and price the mortgage and title work against at least one outside quote. If you want a large local brokerage behind an eastern Massachusetts move, Conway is a reasonable place to start a conversation. At this scale, though, the agent matters more than the sign on the lawn: ask for that specific agent's recent closings in your town, and how they handle disclosure when a property has a problem.
