Price lands in nearly every review too, called affordable and competitive rather than the cheapest number available. There's a second face to this business worth knowing about. On Thumbtack the same Milford company shows up doing masonry and concrete — reviewers there call it KS Masonry — and the jobs are stone and brick: a cracked walkway repointed with matching flagstone steps in November 2025, and front stairs that turned out far worse underneath than expected in December 2025, which that customer said the crew handled with more thorough repairs and no big jump in the budget. Owner Kevison Da Silva cleared a Thumbtack background check in October 2025, and the platform records nine hires. The sour note is on Thumbtack as well, in April 2026: a customer who spelled out a stairs-and-crumbling-brick job in detail described a lot of back-and-forth before a price was finally settled. Thumbtack's distribution over four ratings — three five-star, one two-star — sits alongside that account, and it points at the thing to protect yourself on: get the full scope and the number into one written quote before anyone starts. All of this is recent. Every review on file was written in 2025 or 2026, so the crew's happy customers are current but the history behind them is short. For a garage slab, a driveway, a patio rebuild or masonry steps, this is a responsive local crew whose recent customers are consistently satisfied. Ask for an itemized written quote up front — and ask which name, Imperial or KS Masonry, goes on the contract.
