We had a great experience. Good communication, all the workers were very professional, and they took a lot of care in making sure that the job was well done. Definitely recommend

We had been contemplating a bathroom renovation for over a year. We found Home Aesthetics at a home show we attended and met with the owner (Nicole) to discuss our project in more detail. We decided to go with Nicole and her team, and it was the best decision we ever made! The team at Home Aesthetics was incredible. Communication was exceptional. We were always aware what was to take place each day, what time to expect crews to arrive, etc...all change orders were sent and approved if any changes were made to the original contract, so there were no surprises at the end of the project. Our bathroom came out incredible.......we could not be any happier with the final result. We would highly recommend using Home Aesthetics for any renovation projects you may be considering!

Home Aesthetics replaced our floors and repaired drywall after water damage in our apartment. They were great to work with from quote to finish. They promised to complete the job before the holidays - a promise they kept with plenty of margin. All workers were professional and very skilled. Yes, I had to live through a few days when everything was a mess, but after completion and a thorough cleaning by Home Aesthetics, I was back in business again. After the work was completed, we had problems with the insurance reimbursement. Even though Home Aesthetics had completed their work and been paid by me, Nicole got in tough with the insurance company to explain the quote in detail. This call resulted in a very significantly increase in my insurance reimbursement. Thank you!

Home Aesthetics did a masterful job scraping, sanding, priming and painting my shingled house. The painters were friendly and hardworking. Moreover, they cleaned up after themselves each day more fully than any other painters I’ve ever had. I am delighted with the results of their work. I give them my highest recommendation!

I had a team of three young men who painted the interior of my house. They did an excellent job. I wish I could paint straight lines the way they did. And they were very polite.

I had an issue in that I couldn't open two of my windows. I had called a few window repair/replacement businesses . They wanted to replace both windows frame and all. Juan, not one of the painters but part of the team, looked at the windows and said that the two pins were broken for one of the windows and they were bent in the other window. He did some searching online and found some pins that matched mine. They cost me $5 a pair. Juan put them in and now we can open all my windows. And he saved me a good deal of money!

The honest read

Home Aesthetics LLC earns strong customer satisfaction across many 2022–2026 projects, with repeated praise for communication, professionalism, and finishing work on time (including bathroom remodels). That said, there are a few serious negative reports tied to exterior paint durability/warranty and “communication”/value concerns, so homeowners should verify expectations around workmanship longevity and warranty terms.

Where sources disagree

  • Most reviews (e.g., 2022–2026) are 5★ with strong service quality feedback, but multiple 1★ reviews (notably 2024) allege exterior paint longevity/warranty problems and communication/value issues. This creates a clear tension between the broader positive pattern and specific durability/experience complaints.

What the evidence shows

Worth knowing

  • Some customers report exterior paint not lasting as expected (e.g., “lasted only one year” and “fix” not lasting).

  • There are negative reviews that criticize warranty length/durability and describe disappointment with results.

  • At least one negative review describes major communication problems during the project.
