Ryan and his crew were amazing. They finished ahead of schedule and were such a pleasure to work with. Ryan is thoughtful, responsive, and really knows what he’s doing. Ryan (and Ruben) were timely, respectful, and truly kind people to have around your house all day. Ryan’s work and pricing is transparent and fair. We were new to the Marblehead area and Ryan helped us navigate the ins and outs of town and owning and renovating our first home. They renovated our kitchen, 1/2 bath, basement and did a bathroom addition for us. We couldn’t recommend Ryan enough.

I hired Halyard to build my Mother's ADU (2nd dwelling attached to my home). He built it from the ground up. The siding perfectly matches the siding on our home which is a huge plus atheistically. It's not easy to make all of the building decisions, Ryan kept us on track. Ryan is professional and easy to work with.

Ryan and his crews are amazing!<br><br>We have hired Halyard to do many jobs around our house including a beautiful porch, renovating our kitchen, foundation repairs, and help with all the work after knob and tube electrical removal and insulation. We hired Ryan after meeting with several contractors and we’re so glad that we did. He was the only one that listened to our needs, walked through our home with us and had an open conversation about the pros and cons of different locations for the new half bath. From the start, Ryan was clear, communicative, and transparent about how our decisions would impact the timeline and budget. When his team discovered active knob and tube wiring, Ryan had an electrician in our home immediately to assess the issue and bring everything up to code.<br><br>The new half bath looks like it always belonged in our home.
