The written history is small and clustered: nine of the ten reviews on file arrived inside eleven days in March 2025, a batch rather than a stream, alongside one account from June 2021. Read through them, and one thing does hold — these are repeat clients. A March 2025 reviewer described four years of projects together, including a 2024 renovation. Another said they had used GreenEdge several times and valued the suggestions that came back. A third listed a kitchen remodel, a full gut of two second-floor bathrooms and a change to a primary bedroom, and singled out the subcontractors as much as the in-house crew. A condo client called them a single team for plumbing, construction and electrical work across multiple buildings. Sean Murphy is the name that recurs; reviewers write about him personally, and a June 2021 customer described running updates by text and email with photos kept for the record. What to weigh before calling: those reviews all landed at once, all at 5★, and the written record is dated — its most recent accounts are from March 2025. That is a narrow window on which to judge today's crews and today's schedules, however well the older accounts read. Ask who will actually run your job day to day, ask for two references from work finished in the last year, and get the pricing structure down in writing early — transparent pricing is precisely what past clients praised, so it should be easy to obtain. For a whole-condo or full-floor renovation where design and construction come from one team, this is a reasonable shortlist candidate. For a single-trade repair, they are likely more company than the job needs.
