This spring, one Google reviewer singled out how the firm handles the various towns' permitting processes; another described two ADA-required bathroom remodels done with a Universal Design approach that came out, in their words, stunningly beautiful as well as safe and accessible. The one sour note is about the phone, not the work: a caller in March rated the company 2 stars after describing a rude exchange with one office staffer — while calling another staffer nice and professional.
