The written record runs 2017 to 2024, and 36 of the 40 accounts fall outside the five years the rating weighs most heavily. There is very little recent first-hand detail to confirm the crew and the standards are the same today, which is the reason for the cautious read rather than anything a customer complained about. A good call for fence repair, gate work and older-fence rescue on the North Shore, particularly where another company has said the job is too small.
