First & Goal Moving works out of Woburn, and the name on almost every one of its reviews is the same: Justin, the owner, who quotes a flat price up front and still shows up on the truck himself. Thumbtack lists him (as Justin Caisse) as background-checked, with six years in business and ten employees on the crew — Rob, Anthony, Michael, Matthew, and Chris all get named directly by customers too. Across the last six months, 14 reviews came in and not one was negative, echoing four years of the same pattern on Google (5 stars from 33 ratings) and Thumbtack (5.0 from 14, plus a 2023 Top Pro badge). On June 30, one customer had the crew load a U-Pack trailer for a long-distance move, praising how tightly everything was wrapped and stacked to save trailer space, and noted the company offers an active-duty military discount. A full interstate move from Cambridge, MA to Tampa, FL earlier this year got a similar account: furniture wrapped carefully enough that inherited glassware arrived intact. Others describe Justin working around sudden changes — rearranging boxes and furniture to fit a hospital bed onto a first floor, or shifting his whole week to cover a move booked with almost no notice. One theme worth knowing before calling: several reviewers contrast First & Goal's single flat-rate quote with competitors who tack on commuting-time and other surcharges once the job is underway — worth confirming exactly what that flat rate covers for a long-distance or multi-stop job. A couple of reviews also describe Justin taking on one-off jobs adjacent to moving, like hauling away a granite table and old appliances or clearing out a storage unit, so it's worth checking directly whether a particular job is really something he takes on. This reads like a small, owner-run crew that has kept a clean record while scaling from local Massachusetts moves into occasional interstate jobs. It's a reasonable call for a local move or a long-distance load where a single point of contact and a flat quote matter — just get that quote in writing before moving day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Justin and his team were phenomenal from start to finish! They went above and beyond to make my move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Everyone was incredibly kind, courteous, professional, and hardworking throughout the entire process. I truly could not have asked for a better moving experience. I would not use anyone else for a future move and will happily recommend Justin and his team to my clients, friends, and family. Thank you again for everything!

First & Goal moving did an awesome job loading up our U-Pack trailer for a long distance move. We hired a 4-man team to load everything up and they were efficient and thorough with wrapping. Everything was stacked perfectly so they made use of every bit of space in the trailer, saving us money! Now that we have unloaded the trailer I can say that everything made it to the destination in great shape and completely undamaged. I would not hesitate to recommend first and goal. They also give an active duty military discount which we were grateful for.
