Faithful Build

Faithful Build is new as a general contractor and candid about it. The company describes itself as a family business across two generations — Evandro De Souza Sr. as founder with 27-plus years in construction, Evandro Rodrigues Jr. running operations, Lucas Rodrigues leading the craft — and says it grew out of a residential masonry and hardscaping business before expanding into full-service remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, siding, roofing and decks. There is very little independent history to weigh yet. Its BBB file at 617 Main St in Clinton was opened in December 2025 and carries an A- grade, with the BBB giving length of time in operation as the reason; that page publishes no customer reviews. The one outside account comes from Reddit: in a December 2025 r/Somerville thread a homeowner said the company did a full kitchen build for them, wasn't the cheapest quote they got, and delivered what it said it would. On paper, the company states an HIC registration #216513 and a construction supervisor licence #CS-120348 and says it is licensed and insured — its own claims, none of them checked here against the state registry. This is a reasonable call if you want a small family outfit and you are comfortable being an early customer without a deep public track record to read. Verify both licence numbers yourself with the state, ask for references from kitchen or bathroom projects finished in the last year, and get the scope and price in writing before work starts.
