Andre and his team completed a mudroom addition, renovated/combined two bathrooms into one primary bath and built us a new guest bathroom in our house. Andre is detail-oriented, creative and exceptionally organized in his planning and project management. He and his team are highly skilled in their work and were thoughtful and kind to have at our home. The other contractors that Andre brought in (tile, insulation, plaster) were also highly skilled and did great work. Mid-project, the winter threw us a curveball and Andre/Team were quick to add a bit more work to the overall project scope. Overall, our projects remained on schedule and Andre/Team were clear and methodical in their planning and communication. We are so thrilled with our new bathrooms and mudroom and would highly recommend Andre and his team!

Andre and his team did a full house renovation and garage addition on our home in Beverly and it turned out beautifully!! Andre and his team built an addition on our home, adding 2 bedrooms, an office, and a master bathroom.<br><br>From the start, we appreciated Andre's responsiveness and professionalism through the quote process.<br><br>During the project, he was extremely communicative and attentive to all of our questions as first-timers. He led us through the material selection process, advised on layout adjustments with our architect, and kept pristine paperwork articulating transparent, itemized pricing. We had a toddler and an infant, and his team worked hard to minimize the impact to the rest of our living space and were friendly and courteous. All of his subcontractors were timely and provided quality services.<br><br>We loved the work he did and found it really transformed our home into something we will live in forever. Hard to put a price tag on that...but speaking of price tags, we were pleased to find out that he bid and budgeted accurately, and we did not have any surprises beyond our own preferences managed through change orders.<br><br>I would recommend Andre to anyone seeking a quality renovation with realistic pricing and responsive service.
