For those looking for a realtor, we highly recommend Donna DeRosa be your first and only choice! We had a tough situation of selling a house while trying to purchase another home suited for our specific needs going forward. This all had to happen somewhat simultaneously and we thought it would be a very stressful situation. Donna took all that stress off our plates and was so patient and understanding that she actually made it a wonderful time for us. Donna was so great helping us find our first home. We were first time home buyers and really didn’t know how anything worked but Donna walked us through everything. She is super knowledgeable about not just the home buying process but also the mortgage process as she has previous experience in the mortgage industry. Where do I begin! I can not say thank you enough to Donna DeRosa for helping me through the process of selling my Grandmothers home! It was a very emotional process for my children and I but she was absolutely amazing from the very start!! Her communication, organization, and attention to the small details of things was so appreciated. Going through this process is nothing less of stressful and especially doing it for the first time.
