BBB has accredited the business since February 2016 and grades it A+. What customers have written is thin and dated. Google shows 4.8★ across six ratings, but only two people left text: in a July 2018 review a homeowner said the crew did an A+ job on a new roof and singled out the communication, and a November 2016 reviewer called it the best roofing company in the world and mentioned free work it does for the community. Those two accounts are now eight and ten years old. Permits are more current than the reviews. Building records show a 2021 EPDM membrane and polyisocyanurate re-roof on Winthrop Street in Taunton, and a $27,231 asphalt shingle replacement in Acushnet in 2023. Two things to settle before signing. Licensing is muddled: the only registration on file anywhere is a Rhode Island residential contractor number, #29546, which BuildZoom prints with a November 2013 expiration and marks inactive while showing it as active elsewhere on the same page — so ask for the Massachusetts registration in force today and confirm it with the Office of Consumer Affairs yourself. And since the written accounts stop in 2018, ask for two or three flat-roof jobs from the past year you can actually call. For a commercial or industrial flat roof on the SouthCoast, or a leak that needs finding rather than guessing at, this is the outfit that presents itself for that work.
