Chris helped us dormer our second floor and do some major restructuring on our first floor last year and they did a great job. Communication and quality were top notch and Chris stayed in the budget we agreed to even as we needed to pivot as quirks of our house became obvious. We would definitely call Chris if we needed more work and we know he'll be very responsive with any follow up questions we have. Great overall experience.

About a year ago, we contacted Chris DiChiara to get a quote to redo the front porch floor, front stairs, and back stairs. Chris came out and gave us a quote and when he heard our frustration about still waiting what seemed like forever for someone to call back from other contractors to replace our gutters and paint the house, he had reasonable gutter and painting quotes for us within a few days. We appreciated that very much. Through this first round of projects, Chris was always friendly and accessible. He would give us updates every day on where the project was and asked if we had any questions. He always gave us time to make sure all our questions were answered. Chris goes above and beyond for his customers to make sure they are happy. Joe DiChiara did a great job on the porch and stairs and always gave 110%. A year later, we had more projects and we went right back to DiChiara Construction LLC. We had our patio re-done, full-gut bathroom renovation, added a half bath on the first floor. Chris gave us a reasonable quote and even though it was close to the holidays, Chris and team had the bathrooms completed before Christmas. Joe and Adam DiChiara are a great team working for Chris, always smiling, friendly, and professional with their attention to detail and strong work ethic showing through with each project as it’s done right and on time. It’s nice to have a contractor that you can trust from the quote to the finished project and who is always present. Chris was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable on day one and that never changed through all the projects. He takes pride in his work and that shows. I’m sure we will have another project and we won’t hesitate to go with DiChiara Construction LLC again. I would highly recommend them. ….and because they were all so nice to our dog, it took our dog about two weeks to stop waiting for them to walk through the door every morning.

I had an outstanding experience with Chris and his team. The remodel of my laundry room and the replacement of the heating and cooling system exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional from start to finish. Chris was always available for questions and he clearly communicated each step of the process. The subcontractors were equally impressive—highly skilled and detail-oriented. The entire project ran smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend and he will be my first and only call for any additional work I need.
