The BBB puts the company at 28 years in business and has accredited it since 2005, with an A+ grade. Its Massachusetts electrician license is active and registered to the corporation itself, not borrowed from an individual. Wilmington named the company its contractor for a town project set to break ground on April 18, 2023, and the firm bids state infrastructure work in New Hampshire through that state's Executive Council. It also turns up in the Wilmington/Tewksbury chamber directory and in an IBEW trade publication, where a union official vouched for its fit on large public work. The part a homeowner needs to weigh: its BBB profile lists only commercial electrical and heavy-civil services and carries no customer reviews. So the first question is the simplest one — whether they take residential jobs at all, and at what size. One item worth raising on anything larger. In September 2022 the Berkshire Eagle reported that DCR and its contractors, Dagle among them, argued that their work on a trail was exempt from the Scenic Mountain Act because the project was needed to upgrade utility lines. That is a permitting argument on a public project rather than a consumer complaint, and it is the one place a publication has written about the company critically.
