Highlights
- Multi-trade shop — handles remodels, additions, siding, roofing, and decks under one roof
- Long history claimed — profile cites contracting work dating to 1997
- Sparse review history — Google shows only 5 ratings and one written review from 2020
- Unclear focus — a commercial-contracting claim sits against a residential remodeling service list
- Possible duplicate listing — a Boston address shares the office phone number with separate reviews
Crawford Construction, LLC works out of North Quincy, under president Ian Crawford, and the trade list attached to its profiles reads like a general contractor's rather than a specialist's — kitchen and bath remodels, finish carpentry, millwork, cabinets, additions, siding, roofing, decks. Its Bluebook ProView listing describes a firm that's been contracting since 1997, though that profile frames the work as commercial jobs across Metro Boston, which sits oddly next to the residential remodeling services listed elsewhere — worth asking which side of the business would actually take your call. There isn't much of a public track record to lean on. Google shows 3.4 stars from only five ratings, and the one written review that surfaces online is old, from 2020, and reads more like a complaint about a bad cell connection than a verdict on the work itself. A separate Boston-area listing under the same phone number carries a 3.7-star rating from three reviews, but it's unclear whether that's a second location or a stale duplicate of this one. There isn't enough here — in review volume or in specifics about actual jobs — to say much about workmanship one way or the other. Before booking, it's worth confirming directly whether they take on residential remodels or lean commercial, and asking for references from a project similar in scope to yours, since the online record doesn't offer much to check against.

A broken phone caused so much miscommunication. I have now got in touch with the contractor. Apparently my number did not show up on the new phone. So normal calling wan't work. Normal calling well not work due to telemarketing. Thanks telemarketing outside of this establishment for making communication difficult. I used to work out of a service van and am all too familiar with telemarketing wasting and taking my attention away from objectives. My recommendation is to speed call these folks so they know you are a person.
