The review history runs about 20 reviews from 2021 through 2026 across a half-dozen sites, with Google averaging 4.4 over 27 ratings. The relationships skew long: a landlord wrote this July that they've relied on the office to fill their apartments for 40 years, and the general manager's LinkedIn dates his tenure to 1979. The BBB grades the firm A+, and it's a member of the Lynn Chamber of Commerce. The history isn't spotless, and the sore spot is the rental side. The one-star reviews in the mix complain about communication and treatment during tenant screening — one applicant considered the screening discriminatory — and about difficulty getting a showing booked on a listing. The paperwork also disagrees with itself in small ways: the company and BBB date the business to 1962, one directory says 1973, and the website's own copy still says 54 years while BBB counts 64. For a North Shore sale or a landlord looking to fill units, this is an established family office with decades in the same neighborhood. We worked with Beth Connor and she really hit it head on for us! We had a particular situation with a bit of a time frame and Beth worked really hard to get us in a house within our timeline. She knew what we wanted and sent us listings that came up soon as they came in. She kept the listings in the specific wants we had. It was truly a pleasure working with her. The work we did with Beth was likely among the smallest transactions she handles yet we were treated like we were buying a million dollar house. Our daughter was moving to Beverly and as a college-aged young woman starting out, she faced challenges finding an apartment. Beth was instrumental in putting together a lease that was acceptable for the owner and worked for our daughter. There were a couple of additional bumps in the road (of our making) and Beth helped us work through them with patience and grace. Throughout the process she was always responsive and kind and should we ever be in a position to buy that million dollar home, we won't hesitate to call Beth! 5 stars from Mom and Dad...and daughter too!

Connor Real Estate went above and beyond to help us not only sell our home, but also find suitable housing for my parents to move into. Mike was communicative, knowledgeable, and highly professional through the entire process. His skill set is very valuable and as someone who has never sold a home before having his expertise was a HUGE load off my back. Beth helped find my parents suitable housing and she for sure fights for her clients. She made sure they were being fully taken care of and that wherever they ended up it was the best accommodation for them. Her communication and flexibility to meet when and where we could was highly appreciated. Together they made this already very stressful process into a smooth one with open and clear communication from the beginning. I can not thank them enough for their amazing effort!
