Working with Colleen and Barbara at FC Realty was an incredible experience - we cannot recommend them enough! We were looking to buy our first home on a tight timeline, in a super competitive market; and we really had no idea what we were doing. From the first meeting we had with Colleen, all the way through the closing process she was so knowledgable, supportive, and listened to our every need and worry. We still don't know how her and Barbara respond to every crazy text/email so promptly; they were always a few steps ahead in the process, telling us what to expect next and how to prepare for what's to come. When it came time for us to put in an offer Colleen's knowledge of the area, the market conditions and how to set you up as a competitive buyer really shined. Not only was our first offer accepted, but they made the entire close so seamless (and even fun!). While we hope to be in this home for quite a while, we know the first call we'll be making when we do decide to sell.
