We had a vision for our dated condo. We talked to Lynda and Erika at Cape Cod Custom Build and told them everything we were looking for, and they did it! From replacing windows and flooring, renovating the entire kitchen (including removing a wall), renovating two bathrooms, remodeling a primary closet to make it functional and creating a new gas fireplace, they did it all. Cape Cod Custom Build replaced our roof and 3 skylights in Spring 2024. The owner, Lynda Bedard, was extremely professional, communicative, and kept on top of everything. She frequently checked to make sure the job was going as planned and dealt with any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner.I was also very pleased with the recommendations and quality of materials that CCCB offers. The contractors were wonderful! They arrived early in the morning, took off the old roof, replaced old rotting OSB boards, put in 3 skylights, and installed the entire roof - all in 1 day! The crew worked diligently the whole time they were on site. No standing around, no disappearing. Everything was cleaned up down to the last scrap by the end of the day. Lynda then checked to make sure everything went as we had wanted it to. I recommend using Cape Cod Custom Build for any home project. Both myself and friends have had people not show up for jobs, or give estimates and never get back to you, so it was a relief to have a professional and courteous team working at our home that was dependable and kept in touch with us the whole way through. AND, the quality of the work is outstanding!
