Campanelli is a Braintree-based commercial developer and general contractor, built for warehouses, office parks, and medical or multi-family buildings — not a kitchen-and-bath outfit. The company says it has developed, built, and acquired over 24 million square feet of property, with about 18 million square feet of that specifically industrial, warehouse, office, medical, and multi-family construction, and describes itself as a third-generation, vertically integrated real estate and construction company. On its own site, Campanelli puts its history at 75 years; a third-party business directory instead dates its founding to 1947, which is roughly consistent with that self-reported span. Its Better Business Bureau file tells a different story, though — it lists only 31 years in business, and the company is not BBB accredited and carries no BBB rating at all. There isn't much of a public review record. Google shows a 3.0-star average, but that's built on just six ratings, and the only written reviews behind it are from 2023, with nothing added since. What's there leans positive, but three three-year-old reviews aren't enough to call it a pattern, and the BBB file shows no complaints on record either. Worth confirming before calling: whether Campanelli takes on residential-scale work at all, since everything in its own portfolio and third-party listings points to large commercial and industrial projects. It reads as an established regional builder for that kind of work — a business park or warehouse build — rather than an obvious fit for a home renovation, and its thin, dated Google rating shouldn't be weighted heavily either way.
