The reviews it has collected lean positive but aren't unanimous. Customers describe fair, clearly explained pricing and consistent glasswork — screen repairs in particular get a callout — and Google puts it at 4.5 stars from eight ratings. One reviewer, though, found the owner's manner off-putting, worth keeping in mind for a shop where you're dealing with one person start to finish. Its Angi page shows a perfect 5.0, but that rests on a single 2019 rating, so it doesn't carry much extra weight. There isn't much more to flag before calling: it isn't BBB accredited, and neither its website nor its directory listings mention emergency or after-hours service, so plan around normal business hours. For a straightforward glass job — a cracked shower door, a torn screen, a storefront pane — Butterfield Glass reads as a small, established, single-owner shop that's been doing exactly this kind of work in the same town for decades.
