If your home sits outside that ring, confirm he actually works it before you go further, and ask for the comps behind whatever number he quotes you.

If you’re selling a house in Milton or anywhere in the Greater Boston area, do yourself a favor and call Brian Gagnon first. We worked with him to sell our home in Milton, MA, and the whole process was smoother than we expected — and that’s saying something because real estate is usually anything but smooth.He knows the local market inside and out, gives honest advice (even when it’s not what you want to hear), and somehow keeps everything moving without making you feel rushed. My husband and I found Brian through Instagram, knowing that our main pick of a town was Milton. Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the area, advised on where we would/would not want to be with our growing family and young children, and ultimately helped us find the perfect home.
