Blinds To Go's Peabody showroom carries 683 Google ratings averaging 4.7 stars, and scroll through them and the same handful of names keep turning up — Tranae Landrum, Natasha, Jamil — sales consultants customers specifically ask for again when they come back for a second or third room. This is a manufacturer-retailer setup: a walk-in showroom, an in-home or in-store measurement, and an in-house installation crew, built for outfitting a house's worth of windows rather than a single repair. One customer had six rooms of blinds installed in one project, with Jamil handling the sale and Eric the install; another came back twice for shades with the same consultant. The pattern across dozens of recent reviews is consistency — measurement appointments booked easily, installers (Eric, Yuri) described as on time and efficient, and consultants who walk people through material and price differences rather than just ringing up a sale. The standout thread, though, is the warranty. More than one reviewer describes bringing in a blind that was seven to ten years old, expecting to pay for a replacement, and instead getting it swapped free under a lifetime guarantee, mounting hardware included. That's the kind of detail that says more about a retailer than a star count does. It isn't spotless: one recent order came back out of spec, and the rep had to reorder it rather than get it right the first time — worth asking how order accuracy is checked before the product ships, especially since these are made-to-measure. But across 43 reviews in the last six months, that's the only complaint on record, and the reviewer still rated the visit 5 stars because the fix was handled promptly. Worth knowing before you go in: this is a showroom-and-install model, not a same-day handyman fix — you're picking a consultant, getting measured, then waiting on a made-to-order product. If you've had good luck with a specific consultant here before, reviewers suggest asking for them by name; several credit one person by name for making a repeat purchase easy. For anyone furnishing multiple rooms and wanting one company to measure, supply, and install blinds, shades, or curtains with a warranty that actually gets honored years later, this location has a long, consistent record behind it — just confirm the order details before installation day.

Staff are friendly and made the process of fixing my blinds extremely easy and no cost. Their lifetime warranty policy was extremely easy and the products are sturdy. I had my blinds for 9 years before needing to service them.

We loved working with Tranae Landrum in person at Blinds To Go in Peabody, MA. After struggling to compare roller shade options at various online companies, it was incredibly helpful to have someone who could instantly explain the price differences between materials, valances, and additional options. She told us that Solar 1% is the same as Light Filtering, which gave us a few more options. She provided prices on the spot for every choice I was considering. When I placed my order for the Leyton Swan material, I felt great about both my selection and the value I was getting. Tranae was super knowledgeable and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you!
