The site also lists an SBPP certification — the company's own statement rather than a registry check. What is missing is any account from someone who has hired them. For a septic replacement or a foundation dig, that means doing the reference work yourself: ask for two or three recent jobs near you, the Title 5 installer's credentials, and a written scope that says who pays if there is ledge, unsuitable material or extra disposal, before the excavator comes off the trailer.
