Beyond abatement, that card and the site describe selective interior building demolition and building restoration for homeowners, building managers and facilities directors across Massachusetts and New Hampshire — houses alongside commercial, healthcare, institutional and infrastructure sites. The credential that has actually been checked here is a certification, not a license. The Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office registry shows the company's Minority Business Enterprise certification active, running to October 2027. The abatement licensing is the company's own statement — it describes itself as licensed to abate asbestos in both states and as a fully licensed and insured subcontractor — and none of that has been confirmed against a licensing registry. Its BBB page carries an A+ grade with no complaints, but the company is not BBB accredited, and that page shows no customer reviews at all. So there is no homeowner track record to weigh, which is why no rating is given here. One number also doesn't line up: the site claims 30 years in business, while BBB counts nine and both the incorporation date and the company's own Procore blurb point to 2017. Worth asking which they mean — the firm's age, or the owner's years in the trade. If you need asbestos pulled before a gut renovation, or the selective demolition that goes with it, this is a small, focused, state-certified specialist worth a call. Ask for the abatement license number and check it with the state yourself, and get insurance and scope in writing before anyone opens a wall.
