The new pantries added so much functionality and storage, and the laundry area is now far more convenient and efficient. The lighting upgrades made a huge difference as well, it’s brighter, more modern, and highlights the beautiful finishes. Dan was the best builder I've ever worked with. We started a big home renovation and expansion as Covid was hitting. My wife was pregnant and we had a schedule to keep:). Dan did everything needed and then some as we were pretty nervous trying to get it done on time. He added and advised that we add some fantastic custom touches. Working with Dan was very helpful as it cut out an outside designer and helped to more quickly integrate design and build. I contacted Aureli Construction for my beachside home because I needed more space for my growing family and wanted to enjoy a better view of the ocean. Dan provided several practical ideas that fit my budget. We decided to add a new story above the second floor, which not only gave us two additional bedrooms and a bathroom but also showcased stunning ocean views.
