Cleaned gutters, removed a fence, fixed a doorway, and removed old garage stairs not on the original list, all in about an hour, done quickly and at a fair price. Would hire again.

Responded quickly and came same day for a loose metal panel from wind damage. Secured it right away, reduced price from original quote, and was upfront that it was a temporary fix pending proper replacement. Very responsive, fair, and professional.

Arnold's came by and replaced by gable vent. I submitted an inquiry midday on Wednesday and they were there Thursday morning at 8AM. Prompt! I would never expect a contractor to be that quick in scheduling but maybe they had an opening. As for the work, I checked in my attic and on the outside of the home. They were at my house at 8am and by 930am they were packing up. Simple job but something that was crossed off my to do list. They accepted checks. Would recommend for similar jobs. Thank You Arnold's

UNRELIABLE!!!!! Then lied on thumbtack and said I canceled. Where in this text thread does it say I canceled? And if I canceled why would I go out of my way to leave a review?! Clearly a dishonest professional and glad I dodged this one. I Inquired about snow removal. I was out of town and have elderly folks living at home, so wanted to make sure they were safe while leaving the house. Arnolds responded by asking me to call. I called immediately, and they agreed to provide the service, stating they would stop by to complete the job. Requested that I text the service address, which I did and they responded okay. Just to never showed up. If you were unable to complete the job, a simple I am unavailable would have allowed me to seek alternative options. Then they preceded to lie and not even extend an apology speaks volumes! I’m sure they will lie in response to this review as well. Just wanted you all to know who you are hiring.
