This Weymouth firm works as an electrical subcontractor on large jobs, with a typical permit valued around $575,000 and recent work spread across Brookline, Randolph, Falmouth, Malden, Hingham, Maynard and Milton. The company says Deb and Joe Annese founded it and that it stays family owned and operated, and it presents itself as a Women Business Enterprise certified through the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office and WBENC, with DCAMM certification in electrical, alarm and telecommunication systems. BBB lists it as operating since 1990 with 45 employees. Its Massachusetts electrical business licence is active, confirmed against the state registry. One thing doesn't square: the site calls the company a union organization backing IBEW Local 103, while BBB describes it as an open shop. What they actually get hired for shows up in the public work. A 2017 trade article described Fitchburg State assigning the firm to install power, data connectivity and cable management throughout a campus library. BBB's service list runs to fire alarm installation, HVAC control wiring, yearly testing and maintenance, and wind and solar infrastructure — the scope of a commercial subcontractor, not a service van.
