In a January 2026 review, a customer described the team offering to help finish clearing snow from the driveway before starting the remediation. Two lead-abatement customers writing in 2024 said management stayed reachable and the work landed on time and on budget — one of them a building where more than twenty large second-floor windows had to be swapped inside a narrow window of time. The complaints cluster on the rebuild half of the work rather than the removal. A customer in June 2025 said what went back in after lead removal was poorly done — exterior doors all needed rehanging. In October 2025 another said the in-person quote didn't match how the job actually ran.
