So the shape here is a municipal and commercial builder working at eight-figure scale, not a residential remodeler. A homeowner after a kitchen or an addition is in the wrong place. For a town, engineer or owner's project manager weighing a bid, the driving complaints are still worth raising directly — ask about fleet safety policy and how road-conduct reports get handled, since two of them are from 2026 and one describes a load leaving a truck bed on a live highway. Then do what you would on any public job: ask for references from recent work, the Middleborough plant among them, and call them yourself.
