One name shows up in nearly every review of this Saugus company: Lucy — Luciane in a couple of them — usually working alongside a crew customers also name, Jaque and Paulo. The jobs people describe hiring her for are the heavy ones: move-out cleans, turnovers on rental units, apartments handed back after a gut renovation. The cleaning side carries the record. Thirty-seven Google ratings average five stars, running from the summer of 2024 through this July. A customer writing in July 2026 said the crew "leave house spotless"; another in March 2026 said the cleaners "took their time and paid attention to detail." Older reviews get more specific about what that means: a May 2025 customer described the team moving furniture aside to reach dirt they hadn't known was there, and a November 2024 reviewer singled out an oven that came back looking new. Painting is the second half of the business, and it is not decoration on the name. A March 2025 customer described a full interior job — colors matched to what they asked for, work carried through kitchen cabinets, trim, doors and stairs. In November 2024 another credited a painter named Paulo with a condo repaint that was tidied up properly at the end, and several customers that autumn hired both trades on the same property, cleaning and painting a condo in one booking. The one wobble in an otherwise uniform record is worth raising. In November 2025 a landlord who booked a post-construction clean on a rental unit found dust left on baseboards and window frames despite having spelled out the high-and-low dusting they needed. Lucy came back the next day and put it right, and the reviewer still rated the job four stars and called the quality good — but the same review flagged a $10-per-window-blind charge added after the crew arrived, which they hadn't been quoted. So pin the scope and the price down in writing first, especially if your place has blinds or the clean follows construction. Pricing otherwise reads as a strength rather than a worry: reviewers in late 2024 called the rates reasonable, and one customer in July 2024 was billed less than quoted because the crew decided some of the work wasn't needed. This is the call for a deep clean or a turnover where somebody has to get into the corners, and for recurring biweekly or monthly service once you're set up — several customers have been on that schedule for a year or more. If you want the painting too, ask to see photos of a comparable job before booking the two together.
