Its Massachusetts real estate broker license, 422193-RE-LC, is active, and the Better Business Bureau — which has the LLC incorporated in April 2013 with five employees — grades it A+. Sellers are the ones who go into detail. A July 2022 client credited him with knowing "the value of our condo as well as the best selling price for it" and keeping them posted through the sale. In October 2021, a family selling their mother's condo before her move to Florida described him coordinating the whole thing while they were out of state. A December 2023 reviewer said he handled her mother's condo sale and "answered all of my many, many questions." On the buying side, a September 2022 investor wrote that he ended up buying two condos through the office. The rental side is where the one bad account sits. In September 2022 an apartment applicant left a one-star review describing a confirmed showing the agent never attended, unanswered phone calls, a text telling her to go up and view an occupied unit alone, and a $35 application fee paid with no answer for days. That is a specific complaint about how the rental pipeline was run, and it is fair to raise it. Age is the other thing to weigh. Google shows 4.8 across 48 ratings, but the written accounts run 2021 to February 2025, so there is little current writing to read. A good fit if you are selling a Revere or beachfront condo and want the owner personally on the file. If you are renting, ask who runs showings and how applications get answered.
