Several clients describe being handed between them without losing the thread. The pattern buyers keep describing is legwork. A 2023 seller said her agent used a roster of contractors to fix a few things before listing, then brought the house to multiple bids. A 2023 client with a reverse-mortgage short sale — one of the harder closings in residential real estate — said the team pulled its resources together to get it done. Off-market deals come up more than once. A March 2026 seller said the team found their buyer off market, fast and at a fair price; a 2025 reviewer recalling a 2020 purchase said their offer went in before any open house and was accepted, and that friends they referred also bought off-market. Sellers report results in competitive conditions: a 2025 reviewer said a home sold in record time for more than $150,000 over asking. Rentals are part of the business too, which is unusual for an agency at this price point. Reviewers in 2023 and 2025 describe apartment searches in Boston and on the North Shore, including one relocating from out of state without visiting first, and one who signed a lease about two weeks into the search. One thing to know before calling. In July 2026 a Google reviewer said that after not replying to text messages from the company, they began receiving cold calls at 8am, and described the contact as unsolicited and unprofessional. It is the only negative comment in the record and it is recent — it describes prospecting rather than a transaction, but it is worth asking how they source leads and how to opt out. A few of the five-star comments are not from clients: one is written by an industry partner describing the team as an excellent partner, and another by neighbours who knew two of the agents socially before hiring them. This is the right call for a North Shore buyer or seller who wants a bench rather than one person, and for anyone selling a property that needs work done first. Before signing, confirm which agent will actually run your transaction and verify their individual Massachusetts licence with the state.
