On Google the company sits at 4.9 across 19 ratings. A homeowner writing in 2023 said the crew had cleaned weekly for over three years, and put the point better than any marketing line could: it's less about cleaning a house than about trusting someone to be in it when you're not. Another 2023 reviewer, several years into the relationship, wrote about results that didn't waver week to week. Cleaners get named — Karlie in a 2022 review, a cleaner called Ally in a 2024 one — which tends to mean stable staffing rather than a rotating roster. The one dissent is the part worth reading twice. A customer who had used the company on and off for three or four years wrote a three-star review in 2022 describing an appointment cancelled abruptly, then calls and emails that went unanswered — including a request to be referred to someone else. That reviewer still described the cleaning itself as good work at reasonable rates. Praise and complaint are pointing at the same fact from opposite sides: this is a small crew, and capacity is the constraint. The newest comment dates to December 2025, and the bulk of it clusters in 2021 through 2023. That's a settled record rather than a current one. If you want a standing biweekly slot on the Hanson–Bridgewater side of the South Shore, this is a reasonable call. Ask about current availability first, and pin down how a cancelled visit gets rescheduled before you build a routine around it.
