The company points to a place on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in 2024, its third year on the list. The customer record here is thin and split. A commenter in a June 2025 r/QuincyMa solar thread said they were happy working with the company and singled out its salespeople as less aggressive than the ones knocking on doors. A June 2025 Google reviewer says the opposite about the doorstep side of the business: that its solicitors ignore no-soliciting signs, would not say clearly why they were there, and would not take no for an answer. That is a one-star review about sales conduct, not about an installation. On what a job actually costs, a homeowner posting a quote to r/solar in April 2023 was weighing $33,000 cash for a system with Enphase microinverters and REC panels plus a $1,000 SolarInsure warranty covering 30 years of parts and labour with no deductible. That is one quote, not a price list, but it gives a sense of the scale and the equipment. What is missing is any first-hand account of an installation going well or badly — no review here describes panels on a roof, a commissioning, or after-sales service. If you are considering them, ask for two or three recent Massachusetts installations you can call, get the equipment and warranty terms in writing as that r/solar poster did, and be clear about which financing route you are signing up for.
