Ask around about Spring Home Improvement and one name keeps surfacing: Tiago. Across 151 Google ratings averaging 4.9, homeowners write about him the way they'd write about a neighbor who happens to run a construction company — he walked them through the layout, he talked them out of the option that wouldn't last, he showed up when he said he would. The North Attleborough company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active and held in the company's own name. The work they get called for is the big, multi-trade kind. Down-to-the-studs bathrooms. Kitchens stripped to subfloor and ceiling joists, with the crew inventorying cabinets from the design store and coordinating the electricians and plumbers themselves. Basements finished, including a basement ADU in early 2026 and a basement bathroom-and-sauna build in May 2026. A room extension in Norwood with a walk-in closet and full bath, finished on schedule in January 2026. There's a second thread running through the reviews, and it's the one worth knowing about: insurance restoration. A house fire, a flood, a burst pipe on the third floor — these show up repeatedly, and the praise is specific about the part homeowners dread. One customer said the basement rebuild after water damage was handled directly with the insurance adjuster so everything was covered. Another, writing on Houzz in December 2025, had been told a fire rebuild would take a year; the job was done in three to four months. The partnership shows up in the reviews too. Junia is named again and again alongside Tiago on layout, lighting, vanities and finish selections, which is why so many of these reviews read as though the homeowner had a designer and a builder in the same conversation. One complaint stands apart from the work itself. In September 2024, an Angi reviewer said the company texted them at three in the morning and described it as harassment. Nothing in what customers have written since touches on the workmanship; it's a marketing-contact grievance, not a jobsite one. Still, if you request a quote, set expectations about how and when you want to be contacted. One oddity is worth flagging: a January 2026 five-star review on their Google profile praises a deck project but credits a different company by name, so at least one entry on that page appears to be about someone else's job. If your project is a gut kitchen, a full bathroom, a finished basement or an insurance rebuild that needs several trades sequenced by one person, this is a well-matched call. Ask for the schedule in writing and a punch-list process at the end — one homeowner writing in December 2025 was still waiting on a couple of minor repairs after everything else was done.
We had so many different types of projects that they were able to take care of, including finishing our basement, kitchen backsplash, new floors, bathroom renovation, removing a wall and adding a kitchen island as well as lighting, refinishing staircases and custom mudroom wall with bench. The carpenter did an amazing job on our mantle, replicating a hand drawn design and creating a matching staircase post. Junia helped us design our island and we are so happy with the wood she recommended. It looks really beautiful! Tiago was always available to answer questions or come by the check the work. We would highly recommend Spring Home Improvements to anyone looking to do any kind of renovations.
We couldn’t be happier with the work Spring Home Improvement did on our home. They remodeled our kitchen and more. Replaced our windows, siding, roof, added a porch and portico. It was a big undertaking that took some time but from start to finish, the team was professional and brought our design and ideas to life. The workmanship was excellent and the crew kept everything clean and organized. Our home has been completely transformed, and the results exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Spring Home Improvement for their quality craftsmanship, honesty, and pride in their work.
Tiago and his team did a great job on basement remodel after water damage. He worked directly with the insurance Adjuster to make sure everything was covered. Reasonable price on upgraded flooring. Very happy with the way everything turned out.
Tiago delivered exactly what he said he would. He is very personable and honest. He also has the best people working for him. Luciano tiled our two showers—a work of art! The highest standards in service and quality. Couldn’t be happier.
Spring Home Improvement made our bathroom renovation project easy. They helped us develop our layout as well as select fixtures and fittings. The construction team was very courteous and careful to protect areas not involved in the construction project while they worked. They also consistently cleaned up at the end of every work day. All inspections were passed first time, with zero rework required. When we decided to make small changes during the project execution Tiago and Junia were very accommodating. Once construction was complete They made sure we were 100% satisfied with all finishes and ensured any punch list items were completed.
