With 35 employees and a working nursery on the property, this reads as a bigger design/build operation than a two-person crew, built for real construction projects — new patios, stone walls, a landscape built around a pool — rather than routine mowing. Worth asking about crew scheduling and how materials sourced through its own garden center get worked into a project's price before signing a contract.
